About the Scholarship
The MBA Partners Scholarship – in Memory of Denise Kaplan honours the memory of Denise Kaplan, whose time as an INSEAD Partner, and afterward, embodied a spirit of partnership, creativity, and community.
The Scholarship recognises the vital role of partners who accompany INSEAD MBA students, often making personal and professional sacrifices to support their loved ones through an intense and transformative year. By providing financial relief to students whose partners relocate with them, the award celebrates the shared commitment of couples who embrace the INSEAD journey together.
Eligibility
• Open to MBA students whose partner relocates with them for the duration of the MBA programme.
• Candidates must demonstrate financial need, assessed through the standard INSEAD need-based scholarship process.
• As part of the application, candidates must submit an essay, written by their partner, describing how their partner intends to engage actively and positively with the INSEAD community through the Partners@INSEAD programme or other initiatives.
Amount of Award
At the start, one or two awards will be made each year, with a total annual value of €12,000. The first award will be made in 27D Class.
Application Format
Candidates should submit the required essay as part of their application. Finalists may be interviewed by the Financial Aid Office to confirm eligibility. This scholarships is on offer in the Admissions Rounds 1 and 2.
