Having a learning coach there to keep on track in your learning is just fantastic and not only from a technical or academic perspective. Because I was making a major transition, geographically as well as professionally, my learning coach really stepped up to help me organise the programme around my personal changes and keep pace with the work at a way that minimised disruption. She was also available with advice that I found incredibly empowering and motivational.
When you have a very busy job and one that can involve travelling, having online access to faculty and to your cohort gives you the flexibility and the possibility to really commit to your learning while you continue to service your professional obligations. And having that flexibility is key because you really do want to give as much as possible to the learning experience, and build on what you’ve done week over week. Because this is the way that the benefits stick. When you do it well, the impact really starts at the end of the programme.
You often encounter this idea that because a programme is online, it’s somehow easier or not as serious as other programmes. With INSEAD, that’s just simply not the case. This programme is unlike any other online programme I’ve taken, in that it keeps you fully engaged, fully motivated and delivers enormous value throughout. As a learning experience, it’s also a huge amount of fun.
I would highly recommend the INSEAD experience to anyone who wants to take ownership of their career, to see immediate impact, and to make a real difference to their own organisational, personal and client goals.
