Having good foundation to set the stage to be a well-rounded leader and bring high impact is definitely true.
High impact leadership had always been a high-volume search term, but I wanted to know what it really meant; the High Impact Leadership Programme at INSEAD is so diverse. Martin and Henrik brought diversity of concepts and exercises that the programme felt intense but not overwhelming. They were also incredible passionate about their field of research that you get very engaged with the material, I especially enjoyed the datapoints that were presented, and it was cool to learn how to leverage on networks, coaches and more.
It was a great place to start my leadership journey as it helped me to rewire my mindset to all the potential that a leader can achieve - having good foundation to set the stage to be a well-rounded leader and bring high impact is definitely true.
