The course provided me with reflections on what strategic challenges we have to overcome in the further, how we are going to work with this as organization and how we could change our mindset, culture and processes towards transformation and innovation...COVID19 has changes many things the last year and all of us have adjusted in many way. I must say I was surprised about how well the virtual format has been implemented in INSEAD. The sessions had variation, interaction, fun and inspiration. I believe that blended learning will be the standard down the road.
