What inspired you to join this programme, and what did you hope to achieve?
I joined Leading AI and Digital Transformation to gain a structured starting point on how to scale AI effectively. I wanted to understand where to begin, what success looks like, and the frameworks, prerequisites, and governance models needed to drive adoption in financial services.
In what ways has the programme shifted your perspective or influenced your approach to work?
The programme significantly transformed my perspective and deepened my understanding of its underlying complexities. I see AI as a present reality—rapidly evolving, democratising and reshaping industries. It’s not about if we join, but how we board responsibly. It strengthened my confidence to take the next strategic steps.
Which aspects of the experience stood out most for you (faculty, peers, content, format)?
The well-designed structure stood out: we began with theory to understand AI and data together, moved into rich case studies of large organisations, then progressed to defining an operating model. Also outstanding were the faculty thought leaders, whose insights I deeply admire.
Can you describe a moment or insight that particularly resonated with you?
One moment that stayed with me was learning that “AI is a human-led transformation.” It reminded me that success depends on how we prepare people and organisations to move from pre-AI to with-AI.
Would you recommend this programme to others? If so, what makes it meaningful to you?
This was a transformative experience. Being in Fontainebleau, fully immersed among peers from around the world, was energising. I would highly recommend this programme—it gives leaders the right questions to ask when building an AI operating model and a clear framework to navigate the digital revolution.
