Please note that all our tuition fees are “before taxes”, unless stated otherwise, and they are therefore subject to change. Additional taxes apply to our tuition fees, according to prevailing laws and regulations. Meal package (if applicable): meals provided by INSEAD on the Europe campus are always subject to VAT, and the programme fee includes the after-tax cost of the meal package. For programmes invoiced from Singapore, GST applies unless a “GST letter” is completed and signed. For programmes invoiced from France, a 20% VAT will be charged. However, we will not charge VAT to companies based in another EU member state that can provide a valid VAT number, or to companies registered outside the European Union.

In any case, please note that face-to-face programmes (i.e. programmes taking place in person) of less than 8 consecutive working days delivered in France are always subject to 20% VAT, for both companies and individuals.

Besides, INSEAD may also have to invoice a higher amount than the one listed, to take into account any withholding tax or indirect tax applying to the payment, in accordance with the client’s local legislation.

Programme Format

The International Directors Programme is a multi-modular programme with modules scheduled at intervals of approximately 8 to 12 weeks, delivered either Fontainebleau-Fontainebleau, Singapore-Singapore, Fontainebleau-Singapore or Abu Dhabi-Fontainebleau. Additional dates will be announced in due course, when confirmed by the teaching faculty.

Please note that modules are not interchangeable: When registering, applicants will commit to fully attending all modules in the successive order of the same programme session. As there is limited room in each IDP module, only in exceptional cases will a transfer be considered. 

The duration of module 1 and module 2 is to 3.5 days and module 3 lasts 3 days, except for the session held in Abu Dhabi - Fontainebleau where the programme is held across two modules of 5 days each. In addition, intermodular live virtual touchpoints will take place between each module. They will take place online and last approx. 2 hours.

Please note that INSEAD is Qualiopi accredited (accreditation number 5-0616). This accreditation helps French companies based in France to apply to financial aid, but only for programmes taking place in Fontainebleau and invoiced in Euros.
