Synopsis: AI agents no longer just answer questions. They can recommend and act on your money. So whose instructions do they follow: yours, the bank's, or the platform's? In this live, interactive masterclass, Professor Ben Charoenwong puts two AI advisers side by side and lets the room work out which one is secretly paid to sell. Drawing on research on financial advice, regulation, and AI, the session shows how wealth management is changing, why your personal data decides whom the agent serves, and which careers this creates.
