Step into a night of elegance and celebration as we mark a truly momentous milestone - the 25th anniversary of INSEAD’s Asia Campus in Singapore. Join us on Friday, 31 October 2025, at the iconic National Gallery Singapore, where history and art converge in the heart of the Civic District.

As we launch a year-long celebration of INSEAD’s pioneering impact across Asia, the Monsoon Ball promises an extraordinary evening of inspiration and reconnection. Reunite with generations of INSEAD alumni, friends, and faculty from across the region, and honour the remarkable journey that has shaped our community over the past quarter-century.

What Your Ticket Includes

Enjoy an elegant evening featuring a carefully curated selection of gourmet canapés and stylish finger foods, designed to delight a variety of tastes and dietary needs, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Cancellation Policy

In order to provide a quality experience for all attendees, INSEAD will apply the following refund policy:

  • 50% refund until 29 September 2025, inclusive
  • 25% refund from 30 September to 24 October 2025
  • No refund possible after 24 October 2025

Attendees who will be travelling in are encouraged to subscribe to personal travel insurance.

Dress Code

Black tie and evening gowns, or traditional national costumes are warmly encouraged.

Important Reminder

  • Please keep your valuables with you throughout the evening, as personal items can easily be misplaced in dim lighting. INSEAD and the venue cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during the event.
  • As alcohol will be served, please plan your journey responsibly. We recommend using public transport or ride-hailing services and kindly ask that you DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE!

Getting to National Gallery Singapore

National Gallery Singapore is centrally located at 1 St. Andrew’s Road and is easily accessible by public transport, taxi, or ride-hailing services. Due to limited parking at the venue, we strongly encourage guests to use public transport or ride-hailing for a hassle-free and safe journey.

Public Transport

  • MRT: The nearest station is City Hall (Exit B), just a 5-minute sheltered walk to the Gallery via the Art Connector. Clarke Quay and Raffles Place MRT stations are also within a 10-minute walk.
  • Bus: Multiple bus routes serve the area, with stops near Parliament Place, Coleman Street, and The Treasury Building.

Taxi and Ride-Hailing

Taxis and ride-hailing vehicles can drop off and pick up guests conveniently at the Coleman Street entrance.

Popular ride-hailing apps such as Grab, TADA, Ryde, and others are easily downloadable from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, allowing you to book your ride quickly and conveniently.

Parking

  • Limited paid parking is available at the Gallery’s carpark (access via Coleman Street or St. Andrew’s Road).
  • Parking rates apply and EV charging stations are available.
  • Accessible parking spaces are provided close to the lift lobby.

A: Not at all. The Monsoon Ball is a celebration of community and friendship-come solo, with your partner or a group!

Q: Can I bring my children?
A: The event is strictly for guests aged 18 and above.

Q: How do I get to the venue?

Q: Will there be photography?
A: Yes, professional photographers will capture moments throughout the evening.
By registering for this event, I here by grant permission to INSEAD and its partners the rights of my image and/or image of my underage child/children attending the event, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of my/our voice(s) as recorded on audio or videotape, without payment or any other consideration. I understand that these images and recordings may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of these images or recordings. Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for any use including but not limited to: livestreaming, online videos, presentations, media and social media, news (press), and INSEAD websites.
