INSEAD Immersive Teaching Community Workshop
Overview
Workshop providing hands‑on training that enables participants to confidently integrate immersive XR technologies and AI‑enhanced learning methodologies into their teaching and coaching practices.
A participation fee will be charged to cover the direct costs of the workshop:
Non-Academic fee: 1500AED
Academic fee: 750AED
This fee includes:
- Access to all workshop sessions
- Training materials and practical toolkits
- Certificate of completion issued by INSEAD Immersive Learning

How to get to INSEAD Middle East Campus?
The workshop will be held at the INSEAD Middle East Campus: Al Khatem Tower, Floor 29, ADGM Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parking
Park at the Galleria Mall West Car Park (Car Park D) - Levels P2, P3 or P4.
Take the lift and exit at P4.
The Al Khatem Tower will be directly in front of you on the left.
Campus access
You will be asked to show your ID (Emirates ID or passport) at the Lobby of Al Khatem tower and collect a visitor badge on each day of your visit.
Accommodation
We suggest booking your room in one of the hotels below, all within a walking distance to the campus :

Dress Code
The dress code for this workshop is business casual.
