Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2025 Launch
Global Talent Competitiveness Index 2025 Launch
Welcome
Talent & Resilience: Navigating an Era of Disruption
Disruptive uncertainties, geopolitics, AI, changes in education and immigration – such forces have put the talent scene under increasing pressure across the world. What are the new directions? Which countries are stepping ahead, and what lessons can we learn from them? Which countries show resilience, and what are the implications for global talent?
Each year, INSEAD’s Global Talent Competitiveness Index shines a vital light on such questions. It’s eleventh edition will be presented at a global launch on the INSEAD Asia campus in Singapore on Wednesday, 26 November.
The deep dive theme for the 2025 and 2026 GTCI Reports will be “Talent & Resilience: Navigating an Era of Disruption”. As well as details of the 2025 country rankings, the Singapore launch will include expert global analysis and discussions of some of the Index’s key messages, with a particular focus on the Asia region.
The GTCI report is published annually by INSEAD, the Business School for the World, in collaboration with the Portulans Institute (an independent, non-profit research and educational institute, based in Washington DC).
Over these years, the GTCI has clearly established itself as the most authoritative indicator of the talent arena worldwide, being audited by the European Commission since its inception. To hear about the results and engage with a panel of business and public sector leaders, you are invited to register to attend.
