Building a Long-Term Professional Edge in an Era of Global Industrial Transformation

We are honored to welcome INSEAD alumnus Haixing Li , MBA'11J.

Haixing has spent more than fourteen years with Shell and currently serves as General Manager of Shell’s Petrochemical Joint Venture Business, where he oversees strategic coordination, business governance, and long-term development across complex industrial and energy-related operations.

He brings a uniquely international and cross-functional career perspective spanning global marketing, B2B business management, frontline commercial leadership, strategic consulting, as well as venture capital and investment-related experience. His professional journey reflects the cross-cultural adaptability, industrial insight, and continuous evolution increasingly required of global talent today.
