We are honored to welcome INSEAD alumnus Haixing Li , MBA'11J.

Haixing has spent more than fourteen years with Shell and currently serves as General Manager of Shell’s Petrochemical Joint Venture Business, where he oversees strategic coordination, business governance, and long-term development across complex industrial and energy-related operations.

He brings a uniquely international and cross-functional career perspective spanning global marketing, B2B business management, frontline commercial leadership, strategic consulting, as well as venture capital and investment-related experience.

Haixing graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and later completed his master’s degree in Germany. Over the course of his career, he has studied and worked across five countries for more than eight years and travelled to over thirty countries worldwide. His professional journey reflects the cross-cultural adaptability, industrial insight, and continuous evolution increasingly required of global talent today.
