In today’s rapidly evolving landscape shaped by advancement in AI, deep technologies, and shifting capital flows, enterprising families must embrace entrepreneurial strategies to navigate uncertainty to sustain long-term success. Keeping the founder’s spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship alive is a cornerstone to ensuring regeneration and legacy of the family enterprise across different generations.
To support this journey, the INSEAD Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise is announcing the launch of a new Regenerating the Founder Spirit (RFS) Workshop – a 3.5-day highly engaging curriculum designed for current and next-generation family members who are eager to explore new business ventures within their family enterprise.

The hybrid programme is developed for members of family firms who wish to have a deeper understand of the specificities of family enterprises and to review useful practices and tools in order to foster their sustainability and their economic and societal contribution. Designed for a small group of a few family businesses, the programme is highly interactive and provides a confidential environment and a safe place for exchanges. It includes case studies, presentations, exchanges between families and within each family. A private optional coaching session can take place for families who wish to continue their reflection.

As part of the MBA programme, students can select the Family Businesses and Enterprises elective to understand and address issues unique to families in business, such as ownership, succession, and family relations.
Based on real cases and focus on experiential learning, students will exposed to personal discovery, application and through active participation and exchange uncover deeper insights into the workings of family enterprise characteristics and dynamics.

We offer a specialisation in the field of Family Business to our PhD candidates at INSEAD.
As part of the MBA programme, students can select the Family Businesses and Enterprises elective to understand and address issues unique to families in business, such as ownership, succession, and family relations.
