Mr Zhang Qingquan serves in the Science and Technology Section of the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in San Francisco, in the team of Couselor of Science and Technology Mr. Gao Peng Fei. Mr Zhang’s primary responsibility is to support and strengthen bilateral science and technology exchanges between China and the United States. Prior to joining the Consulate, Mr Zhang led international science communication at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
