At Diolko, we are determined to disrupt the logistics industry with our sustainable last mile delivery solution. We aim to improve quality of life for everyone, by reducing both greenhouse gas emissions and traffic congestion.
We believe that adding more vehicles on the road is not the answer to meeting the ever growing demand of e-commerce. Instead, we want to change how urban delivery is done and reduce not only direct carbon emissions but also traffic congestion. Our technology allows for the smooth, reliable and efficient transportation of large quantities of parcels in- and out of the city, by leveraging electric vehicles and existing underutilized city infrastructure such as public transport. This enables us to deliver parcels at industrial scale with a low carbon footprint compared to more traditional delivery solutions.
Our market research confirms a rising demand for sustainability, driven by the adoption of policies like ESG reports, carbon taxes and voluntary carbon markets. ESG reports hold businesses accountable, while carbon taxes/credits incentivize emissions reduction. Diolko's aligns with this trend, offering eco-friendly solutions to meet evolving consumer/regulatory expectations and allow for the generation of carbon credits.
We will be launching our pilot project for the city of Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) in Q1 2024 where we have already confirmed 5 paying clients. This metropolis has currently no green delivery offer and its growing demand for eco-friendly solutions makes it the ideal starting point for our transformative journey. From Malaysia, we will expand to other countries in the Southeast Asia region.
Diolko will not just change how things are delivered; we're making the world cleaner and less congested, one package at a time.
