Biography
Dr. Victoria Woo, a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience in startups, international management, and academia, currently serves as the Director of the INSEAD SF Hub of Business Innovation. In this role, she is committed to deepening engagement with alumni, expanding executive education programs, and growing INSEAD's presence in the tech and venture capital ecosystem in the Americas. As a distinguished entrepreneurship instructor at Stanford University and Presidio Graduate School of Sustainability, Dr. Woo has founded five startups with successful exits through acquisitions, showcasing her extensive international experience, particularly in Asia.
Dedicated to bridging academia and business, Dr. Woo co-designed executive programs at INSEAD and Harvard, catering to Fortune 500 clients. Her current focus includes teaching graduate courses, producing podcasts at the intersection of entrepreneurship and sustainability, and ongoing research into factors contributing to a well-lived life. Notably, her work introduced the Transformation Quotient (TQ™) and the IQEQTQ formula for resilience in complex environments, emphasizing the transformative power of change for individual well-being. Engaging with the startup community through mentorship, Dr. Woo is the creator of the podcast course "Everyone is an Entrepreneur" and leads the RESET initiative, inspiring change through sustainable practices and collaborations.
