Founder, Agile OD
Takeshi Yoshida is the Founder and Chief Coach of Agile Organization Development, where he leads a global tribe of expert coaches, trainers and facilitators who help organizational leaders make change, transformation and innovation stick. His practice combines behavioral and process coaching with management science, and his third-culture upbringing enables him to undertake nuanced, high-context, cross-cultural work across geographies.
An INSEAD alumnus (MBA'02J), Takeshi has taught in INSEAD Executive Education programmes since 2019. With Hellmut Schütte, Emeritus Professor of International Management, he runs "AI Ventures", an INSEAD alumni programme in which senior alumni use AI as a thinking partner to shape a venture for the next chapter of their lives. He was selected for the inaugural INSEAD AI 50 in recognition of his work in AI education, and is particularly interested in how AI can support identity transition and intergenerational knowledge transfer.
Before founding Agile OD, Takeshi worked in banking at Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and Barclays in Tokyo and Singapore, and then in start-ups, including as Chief Commercial Officer of the fintech Canopy. He holds the International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach and International Mediation Institute Qualified Mediator credentials, is based in Singapore, and works in English and Japanese.
