As Co-Founder of TabSquare, I helped pioneer AI-powered restaurant technology that transformed how millions of diners engage with F&B establishments across Southeast Asia and Australia. Our journey from a Singapore startup to regional leader demonstrated how innovative technology can bridge the digital-physical divide in traditional industries.
We built the first AI-powered ordering and payments platform in Singapore's F&B market, scaling operations across Southeast Asia and Australia. TabSquare's technology now serves major restaurant chains and independent establishments, delivering measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer engagement. The company's successful trajectory culminated in an acquisition by a leading global food delivery platform.
My passion lies in applying AI to solve real-world problems at scale. Whether it's transforming restaurant operations or reimagining customer experiences, I believe technology should enhance human connections, not replace them.
Before TabSquare, I gained valuable experience in large-scale operations, technology implementations, and new business building within a corporate setup at ITC Limited, one of India's leading conglomerates.
As an INSEAD alumnus, Entrepreneur in Residence, and judge for INSEAD Venture Competition (IVC) and New Business Venture (NBV) course pitches, I actively mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs. As an angel investor, I support founders building innovative solutions for traditional industries, particularly SaaS platforms and AI applications.
