Renee Lespinard is an executive coach and founder of VAIL, a Paris based firm specializing in leadership development. She has been working internationally for the last 30 years, first as a manger then as a coach. She supports leaders, managers and experts working in multicultural, multifunctional environments in Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and the US. She designs and facilitates seminars, workshops and individual coaching programs for people and organizations that seek to go further or change the way their leaders operate in order to achieve extraordinary results.
