Executive Director, Learning Innovation
Rebecca Clark is Executive Director of Learning Innovation at INSEAD, where she leads the strategy to advance how INSEAD teaches and how learners learn.
Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience spanning education, consulting, and large-scale transformations. Prior to INSEAD, she was part of the European leadership team at Emeritus, where she designed scalable learning solutions in partnership with leading global universities and organisations. Earlier in her career, she spent seven years at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner in the Transformation and People & Organisation Practices, scaling McKinsey Academy globally and supporting clients through complex change.
She also held senior roles at IBM, leading global programmes to transform sales capability, processes, and performance through the application of analytics.
At INSEAD, Rebecca and her teams act as an “innovation greenhouse,” cultivating and scaling new approaches to learning experiences and to teaching experiences, from enhanced case methods to immersive and AI-enabled learning experiences.
