Noelle is the co-founder of ENVI Lodges, an experiential outdoor hospitality brand and management company that operates eco-friendly lodges immersed in nature. ENVI specialises in tented camps, villas, cabins, pods, and alternative accommodation concepts, delivering meaningful, nature-centric guest experiences.
Each lodge operated by ENVI is designed and managed in line with the brand’s seven sustainability pillars, which prioritise wildlife protection, mindful resource use, and support for local communities. ENVI believes the future of tourism lies in purpose-driven lodges that enhance traveller wellbeing, regenerate natural environments, and create genuinely transformational experiences. ENVI’s portfolio spans two continents, with lodges across Tanzania, South Africa, Zanzibar, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
Noelle is a frequent contributor to industry publications, writing primarily on traveller experience and sustainability. She is a guest keynote speaker at major hospitality conferences and has served on the advisory boards of The Hotel Show Dubai and The Hotel Show KSA as well as on the jury of the Hotelier Middle East Awards.
She was named one of the Top 50 Most Influential Hoteliers in the MENA region, featured on the Hotelier Executive Power List, and recognised by the International Hospitality Institute as one of the 100 Most Influential Leaders in Middle East Hospitality and Travel. She is also the recipient of the INSEAD Alumni Emerging Entrepreneur Award (2022) and was recently included in Forbes’ Top 100 Travel and Tourism Leaders (2025).
Noelle holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
