Mohan Reddy is a founder who most recently founded SkyHive, where he served as co-founder and CTO. He helped organise the world's workforce data into a knowledge graph of more than two trillion relationships and built real-time intelligence on the global labour economy, used to close skills gaps for companies, communities and governments. Cornerstone acquired SkyHive in 2024, where he now serves as Chief Scientist at Cornerstone AI Labs.
Before SkyHive, Reddy co-founded FogHorn to bring machine learning to the edge of industrial IoT networks; Peritus and Neva to bring AI to customer and employee service; and Vizzario to measure and model human vision and perception. Earlier, as CTO at The Hive, a company-creation studio, he acted as technical lead across a portfolio of large-scale data and AI startups and built Euclid, a platform that takes production machine learning models from idea to serving in weeks.
Alongside the companies, Reddy has worked deep inside large-scale systems. At Zynga he led big data and machine learning, with personalisation handling 500 million users and over 200 billion events. As Associate Director at Stanford's Human Perception Lab, he leads research on synthetic perception, building machines that sense, reason and act across physical, virtual and immersive environments. A core part of that work is the Universal Sensory Index, a framework that lets machines weigh and combine multisensory inputs the way the human nervous system does.
