Trained as a bioengineer, I worked 9 years for a biotech start up company I integrated for my last year internship and left after IPO. I held several positions, eventually head of operations, accompany the company in its transformation from a 15 employees start up to a 130 employees public company. While I was finishing my INSEAD EMBA in 2019, I joined the wine family business to take over my father’s role, CEO. With my brother, we have operated a U-turn in product development, integrating innovation and modernizing our Maison.
