Matthieu Leroy

Matthieu Leroy is Deputy CEO of Ayor Group, a French family-owned manufacturer and distributor in water management and home furnishings (€150m revenue, 350 employees, plants in France and Italy), which he leads alongside the shareholder-Chairman. For over 15 years he has sat on the executive committees of large groups and mid-sized companies, always alongside owner-entrepreneurs. He was previously Deputy CEO of L-Acoustics, the world leader in high-end professional audio (€350m, 1,300 employees), and Senior Vice-President Transformation of Neovia, a world leader in animal nutrition and health (€1.8bn, 9,000 employees, 65 plants), where he oversaw the strategic plan through a decade of growth, acquisitions and the sale to ADM in 2019. A former EY Partner and an experienced board member, he pairs owner-operator proximity with institutional discipline in governance, M&A and value creation. A graduate of ESCP and Sciences Po Paris, where he lectures on family capitalism.
