Biography
Mateja Andric is a PhD candidate in management with a focus on entrepreneurship at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. She is a research associate and teaching assistant at the Swiss Research Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship and has worked in investment banking and consulting before starting her PhD. Her research focuses on the embeddedness of entrepreneurship in family relationships, and especially on the impact of individuals’ life courses and social background on their entrepreneurial careers. Mateja holds a BA in Business Administration, a BA in International Affairs, and a MA in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
