Mary is a seasoned non-executive director, having served on around 10 boards in the UK, Netherlands and France over the past 18 years. She is currently serving on the boards of Reckitt PLC, CCEP PLC and HAL NV. She has previously served on the board of Sainsburys PLC, ITV PLC, TNT NV, TNT Express NV and Unibail Rodamco Westfield SE amongst others.
She has served as Vice Chair, Senior Independent Director, Designated NED for employee engagement, Chair of the remuneration and Strategy committees, as well as being member of Audit and ESG committees.
Mary spent most of her non board career at McKinsey and Company in Europe, China and South East Asia.
She is a dual British and Dutch citizen and lives in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
