With more than 30 years of professional and leadership experience along the energy and chemicals value chains, Louis advises companies—and their financial sponsors—undergoing significant changes or scaling up quickly into new sustainable areas like circular economy, bio-engineering, renewable resources, sustainable energy, industry models, and more.
Louis has more than 30 years of professional experience and leadership along the energy and chemicals value chains. He has a strong reputation as a trusted advisor to supervisory boards and executive teams both of publicly-listed and private equity-backed companies.
Louis has a passion for sustainability and the related transformations in leadership, culture, and talent in the chemicals and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Louis was a partner and managing director in Europe and the Middle East, leading practices within prominent strategy and management consultancy groups: Alix Partners, A.T. Kearney, Gemini Consulting, and PA Consulting Group. Louis started his career as a deck officer in the French Navy.
