Non-Executive Director of Novo Nordisk, Exor and Randstad; Board Member of Institut Merieux, Kite Insights, and HEC
A graduate of HEC Paris, Laurence Debroux started her career in investment banking, and has extensive experience in Finance, Business Development and Strategy as well as broad leadership experience in global companies across various industries. She has a strong track record leading strategic acquisitions and integrations. Her last executive role was as Group CFO and Executive Board Member of Heineken from 2015 to 2021. Prior to this, Laurence had served as CFO and Executive Board Member of JCDecaux, and as group CFO and Chief Strategic Officer of Sanofi.
Laurence also has extensive public company board experience. She is currently serving as non-executive Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee at Novo Nordisk (Denmark), and as non-executive Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Sustainability Committee at Exor NV (Netherlands), and as non-executive director, Chair of the Audit Committee at Randstad NV (Netherlands)
She is also a member of the Board of Directors of HEC Paris.
Mrs Debroux is a French national, born in 1969. She is Chevalier in the Ordre de la Legion.
