Jenny Lindén Urnes is the Chair of Lindéngruppen AB, a Swedish family-owned industrial group committed to long-term, values-based ownership and sustainable business practices. She became Chair and CEO in 2009, succeeding the previous generation, and has since led the company’s strategic direction and sustainability agenda.
Born in 1971, Jenny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a post-graduate diploma in Art History. She pursued a career in contemporary art, while gradually becoming involved in the business. Jenny served as CEO of AB Wilh. Becker between 2006-2008 and Lindéngruppen AB in 2009-2010, before assuming her current role.
Under her leadership, Lindéngruppen has strengthened its focus on responsible ownership, innovation, and societal engagement. In addition to her work within the group, Jenny serves on several advisory boards, including the Färgfabriken Foundation, Lund University and Global Child Forum.
She is widely recognized for her efforts to bridge family enterprise traditions with modern governance and sustainable development.
