Jean-Michel Autelli is the Founder and CEO of Gigets, a tech company with a mission to advance human collaboration, empowering everyone to grow. His work focuses on building infrastructure that fosters a culture of collaboration on a global scale. Jean-Michel serves on the Advisory Board of the INSEAD Hoffmann Institute, the Executive Board of INDEVOR - a network of 2,400+ sustainability professionals - and the INSEAD Alumni Fund. He also advises global non-profits advancing causes like women's empowerment, educational access, and intercultural understanding.
Jean-Michel began his career in impact-driven startups, leading sustainable development projects across Europe and Asia. He has advised CEOs and led research across innovative growth, financial markets, international relations, and social psychology. He holds degrees from INSEAD Business School and Lomonosov University, with additional training from New York University.
