Head of AI Engineering, Aecom
Janne Aas-Jakobsen is Head of AI for Engineering at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the trusted global infrastructure leader. In this role, Ms. Aas-Jakobsen leads the implementation of AECOM’s AI strategy, supporting the Company’s ambition to transform infrastructure engineering and delivery through AI. Her responsibilities include overseeing the development of AECOM’s AI for Engineering capabilities, integrating these capabilities into engineering workflows, and identifying new AI use-cases through real-world applications. Janne holds extensive experience at the intersection of AI and building engineering.
Previously, she was the founder and CEO of Consigli AI, where she led the development of Consigli’s Autonomous Engineer, an AI-powered agent built to reduce risk and cost in building engineering.
Janne received her Master of Technology Management from the Norwegian School of Economics, as well as her Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
