Helen brings some 20 years of governance and audit committee experience for a wide variety of organisation. Helen chairs the Board of ASX listed Elixinol Wellness Ltd and is a non-executive director/Audit Committee Chair of Bid Corporation (JSE: BID) which operates a foodservice business in 35 countries. Helen is also trustee that trust that oversees SFI Health, a global natural healthcare company.
Helen is formerly a partner at KPMG and a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is also a professionally qualified Executive Coach working with visionary CEOs and entrepreneurs.
In 2019, Helen completed INSEAD's Certified International Directors Programme (IDP-C 27) and is the President of the INSEAD International Directors Network. Helen is based in the UK and travels extensively.
