Hagen is a seasoned Executive Search and Governance Advisory consultant who specializes in highly confidential C-Level Executive and Board/Non-Executive searches across all industry sectors. He is leading Eric Salmon & Partner’s Global Board and Governance Advisory Practice. A major part of his work is the recruitment and evaluation of Non-Executive Board Directors.
He is a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) in Brussels and has published several whitepapers on Blockchain and corporate governance, non-executive directors in fast-growing technology companies and on corporate governance in Iran.
Hagen is a member of the board of directors of INSEAD International Directors Network and currently serves as Chair of the Membership Committee as well as a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee. He is a member of the board of the Armenian Institute of Directors (AIOD) in Yerevan, Armenia.
He is a speaker and panelist for organizations and conference audiences, discussing topics related to corporate governance and technology, most recently in Belgium, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Romania and Armenia.
