Coppelia is a Partner at Syensqo Ventures. She invests in start-ups that leverage scientific breakthroughs to solve large climate challenges, such as energy transition, green chemistry, circularity, carbon capture, future of manufacturing. Her prior experience in VC was at Sofinnova Partners, where she specialized in cleantech and industrial biology. Before joining Syensqo Ventures, Coppelia worked for McKinsey & Company where she led projects in resource productivity, and for start-ups in biotech and sustainability. Coppelia holds an MBA from INSEAD, MSc. in Environmental Sciences from Harvard University and MSc. in Chemistry from Chimie ParisTech.
