Antoine Tirard

Antoine Tirard is a consultant and executive coach and founder of NexTalent, a Paris-based consulting firm specializing in talent management and leadership development. He worked internationally for 20 years in large corporations, most recently as global head of talent at LVMH and global head of talent, learning, and organizational development at Novartis. He received an MBA from INSEAD and a master’s degree in human resources management from the Sorbonne University. He is the co-author of three books, most recently Disrupt Your Career: How to Navigate Uncharted Career Transitions and Thrive.
