Antoine plays a pivotal role in shaping and facilitating INSEAD’s strategic agenda as Chief of Staff to the Dean. Based in Singapore, he brings nearly 15 years of deep regional expertise in Asia, providing him with a nuanced understanding of the opportunities and challenges within the global business and education landscape.
Prior to this role, Antoine served as HR Director, where he advised senior leaders on optimizing team performance and aligning talent strategies with institutional objectives. With a focus on collaboration and execution, he works to support INSEAD’s leadership in advancing the school’s mission and impact.
