Andrea Phua is the assistant CEO of the Finance and Strategy Group at the JTC Corporation. Previously, she was the Senior Director (National AI Group) and Senior Director (Digital Economy Office) at the Ministry of Digital Development and Information, Singapore. Earlier she has also been the Deputy Chief Negotiator of the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement and headed the trade diplomacy department at the Embassy of Singapore in Washington D.C.
Andrea began her career as an educator in English Literature and graduated with distinction from University College London with a BA, followed by an MSt from Oxford University.
