Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and INSEAD partnered to advance women’s leadership in Saudi Arabia in support of the ambitions of Vision 2030.
As Saudi Arabia works to increase women’s participation in leadership roles, developing the skills and confidence of women managers has become a national priority. To support this ambition, INSEAD partnered with Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to design a leadership development programme tailored specifically for Saudi women professionals.
The programme brought together women professionals from a wide range of organisations across Saudi Arabia to develop their leadership capabilities. By combining global leadership best practices with a strong understanding of the local context, the initiative has helped participants strengthen their leadership skills, advance their careers, and contribute to the growing presence of women in management and leadership roles across the Kingdom.
Between 2019 and 2022, the two institutions trained women professionals from public and private organisations across the country.
