Empowering women impact entrepreneurs to scale solutions to global challenges, the Cartier Women’s Initiative and INSEAD partnered to strengthen leadership and amplify impact.
The Cartier Women’s Initiative supports women entrepreneurs who are tackling critical social and environmental issues around the world. To further strengthen their leadership capabilities and help them scale their ventures, the initiative partnered with INSEAD to develop a customised learning programme designed specifically for CWI Fellows.
Launched in 2023, the three-day programme brings together entrepreneurs from diverse sectors and regions to learn from INSEAD faculty, share experiences and build a global network. By combining academic insight with practical peer learning, the programme helps fellows translate ideas into strategies that grow their organisations and increase their impact.
As a result, participants report improvements in their business skills and networks that are having a real-world impact in their own organisations and across all 17 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
