Sustainability as a business opportunity
Discover how to build and implement an effective sustainability strategy for your business. You will explore the critical challenges of creating sustainable business models and identify strategic opportunities to drive long-term value for your organisation.
This business sustainability course will also bring you close to thought leaders and experts – leaders who will share insights and hands-on experience in designing, executing and measuring real-world sustainability strategies in their own organisations.
AI is integrated throughout the programme to support your learning and problem-solving. Salmon Rush, an AI-enabled simulation, explores competition over a shared natural resource. In an interactive case discussion, you will engage one-to-one with an AI avatar of the entrepreneur at its centre.
In the Sustainability Strategy Compass, a day-long workshop developed specifically for this programme, you will apply the programme frameworks to a sustainability challenge from your own organisation. An AI agent will help you structure your analysis, test your assumptions and draw on comparable company examples, enabling you to develop an initial strategic roadmap and financial assessment to take back to your organisation.
