Overview
The Elof Hansson Foundation supports academic education, research and training in the commercial sector. The main focus is on trade and business activities. The Foundation endowed a gift in 1997 to create a scholarship fund at INSEAD that supports Swedish candidates admitted to the MBA Programme. The scholarship helps to attract the best talent from Sweden while at the same time maintaining the exceptional diversity that is the hallmark of the school. The award supports candidates who demonstrate strong academic promise, talent and leadership.
One scholarship will be awarded per intake, provided that there are suitable candidates.
Applications for this scholarship are opened for Rounds 1, 2 and 3. All applications will be reviewed right after the deadline.

Eligibility
Eligibility
Applicants must be of Swedish nationality. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed their primary and secondary education in Sweden. Preference will also be given to candidates who have professional experience in the country.

Essay Topic
1) In approximately 200 words, explain why you believe you merit an INSEAD Elof Hansson Scholarship and outline any factors that you feel distinguish you from other candidates.
2) In approximately 150-200 words, provide a concise but accurate description of your financial circumstances as well as a cash flow forecast for the year at INSEAD (details of income set against all expenditures).
