Professor Yap teaches Power and Politics in the MBA and GEMBA, and Paths to Power in the MiM program.He also teaching Leadership Communication in Finance in the MFin Aramco program. For his excellence in teaching, Professor Yap received the Dean’s Commendation for Excellence in MBA Teaching, several nomnations for Best Teacher Award in the MBA program, and Executive Education Outstanding Teaching Awards. In the PhD program, Professor Yap teaches Social Psychological Foundations in Management, Advanced Topics in Organisational Behaviour: Social Hierarchy, and How to "CARE": Comunicating Academic Research Effectively.
