INSEAD AI Forum Europe 2026 Highlights

With the rapid advances in artificial intelligence, business and society are facing dilemmas on multiple fronts. In this context, INSEAD seeks to play the role of both enabler and organiser. As a leading global business school, INSEAD empowers future leaders with the knowledge to create value in the age of AI, while taking the lead in shaping the discourse about machine intelligence – focusing on its impact on business and society.

The Forum, led by INSEAD’s Human and Machine Intelligence Institute (HUMII), aims to provide a platform to dialogue with businesses (i.e. investors, entrepreneurs, technologists), academics, policymakers and the public to advance our understanding of AI and how it can complement human intelligence for the good of society.

INSEAD AI Forum Europe 2026 covered a diversity of themes:

  • The impact of AI on the labour market, organisations and business practices
  • The role of the capital markets and governance
  • The relationship between AI and creativity
  • AI as a force of creative destruction

This year, the Forum spanned two days, with day 1 in Paris covering the themes above, and day 2 at INSEAD's Europe Campus in Fontainebleau with an academic focus, featuring researchers who have dedicated their time and energy to uncovering the practical applications and impact of AI. As we mark 25 years of the INSEAD-Wharton Alliance this year, it is timely that we brought researchers from INSEAD and The Wharton School on the same stage to celebrate the fruits of joint research and collaboration.
