Originally from Brazil, Tathiana’s early career followed a trajectory of excellence. With a background in engineering, she thrived in high-performance environments before transitioning into strategy consulting at a top-tier firm. Her sharp analytical skills and leadership potential earned her a sponsorship from McKinsey to pursue an MBA at INSEAD – an opportunity that broadened her worldview and deepened her understanding of global business dynamics.
At INSEAD, Tathiana embraced the school’s diverse and fast-paced environment, studying across Fontainebleau, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi. It was a transformative experience, exposing her to new perspectives, new challenges, and a network of ambitious, like-minded individuals from around the world. She left the programme equipped with not just a prestigious degree, but also a renewed vision for the kind of career she wanted to build.
After her MBA, Tathiana continued in consulting, working in Dubai before making the leap into the tech industry. Yet, despite her professional success, something felt unfulfilled. The turning point came in 2023, when she became a mother. Faced with the challenge of balancing a high-stakes career with new motherhood, she realized that the traditional corporate trajectory no longer aligned with her true priorities. Rather than trying to fit into a mold that no longer suited her, she decided to break it entirely.
Determined to support others navigating similar challenges, Tathiana took a bold step – she left the corporate world to build something of her own. She launched MBM Coaching, a career coaching business dedicated to helping women reclaim control over their professional lives. Her mission was clear: to provide the guidance, tools, and confidence they needed to return from maternity leave with clarity, navigate career transitions with purpose, and overcome barriers in male-dominated industries.
