Weng Yek joined INSEAD as a Predoctoral Research Assistant in September 2026. He earned a Research Master’s in Management Science from Peking University and double bachelor degrees in business administration and management from Peking University and the National University of Singapore.
Before joining INSEAD, Weng Yek worked as a Research Assistant at the Lloyd’s Register Foundation Institute for the Public Understanding of Risk, where he contributed to the inaugural UN Global Risk Report.
At INSEAD, Weng Yek works with various OB faculty. Weng Yek’s research interests include judgment and decision-making and perceptions and evaluations of others.
