Sihan joined INSEAD as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Strategy area in March 2025, working under the supervision of Professors Phanish Puranam and Guoli Chen. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University. Before joining INSEAD, Sihan was a visiting scholar at the Department of Engineering at the University of Cambridge and at the Business School of the National University of Singapore.
At INSEAD, Sihan is currently collaborating closely with Professors Phanish Puranam, Vivianna Fang He, and Guoli Chen on several projects, including field experiments and studies exploring managerial challenges in human-AI collaboration. Sihan’s research interests include innovation, internationalization, human-machine collaboration, and digital transformation.
