Chloe joined INSEAD as a Research Assistant in January of 2026. She earned a BA in public policy and international affairs from Princeton University.
Before joining INSEAD, Chloe worked as a research associate in global health, economics, and development at the Council on Foreign Relations, a thinktank in Washington, DC. She has also conducted qualitative health research in Kampala, Uganda.
At INSEAD, Chloe is currently working for the Humanitarian Research Group with Professor Luk Van Wassenhove on projects dealing with humanitarian operations and supply chain logistics. Chloe enjoys applying research to policy-oriented solutions, and her research interests include health policy, health economics, and international law.
