Year of Entry: 2021
I am a PhD candidate in Technology and Operations Management at INSEAD, where I study how digital tools are incorporated into organizations and how they affect people, organizational processes, and decision-making. My research spans multiple contexts - from digital workplace environments to healthcare settings - examining how digitalization reshapes the way individuals and organizations operate.
Before joining INSEAD, I earned my MBA from INCAE Business School in Costa Rica, graduating Magna Cum Laude as Valedictorian. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.
Originally from Costa Rica, I am fluent in Spanish, English, and French, with intermediate proficiency in Mandarin. When I'm not researching, you'll find me swimming, running, or exploring new vegetarian recipes.
