Work Experience:
I bring over 10 years of experience across consulting, finance, and strategy roles. I began my career at KPMG, where I focused on audit, change management, learning, and community initiatives. I later held a global leadership role at OMERS, driving finance strategy, cultural initiatives, and digital transformation. My career also led me to serve as Head of Operations at TwinRiver Capital, an impact investment platform, where I directed firm operating strategy and design. Additionally, I have worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant at MIT Sloan.
Profile Background:
My research focuses on the dynamism of the Self at work – how individuals navigate their relationship to work within high-intensity work systems marked by the accelerating pace of technology, evolving organizational structures, and the rising demand for social responsibility in the new world of work.
