Mina Goranović holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique with an exchange semester at Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence (AI) from University Paris-Saclay.
Before joining INSEAD, Mina worked as a Data Scientist at Safran Electronics & Defense within the Operations Directorate, where she worked on data-driven approaches to support operational performance on factory-level. She subsequently joined a consulting company specialized in Data and AI, where she contributed to projects development at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and business application in different industries.
Mina joined INSEAD as a Research Assistant in February 2026, where she worked on optimization frameworks for airline revenue management under carbon constraints. Her research interests lie in leveraging optimization and AI tools to address large-scale operational challenges
