Leyi Shi is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at INSEAD. She studies multicultural experience and its consequences in organizations, combining behavioral theory with large-scale data, natural language processing, and rigorous research design.
Before INSEAD, she held research roles at Stanford Graduate School of Business and Columbia Business School, working across strategy, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. She also brings industry experience in finance, data science, and marketing. Her training in Statistics and Computer and Information Science gives her research a strong computational and methodological foundation.
