Leyi is an incoming PhD student in the Organisational Behaviour unit at INSEAD, where she focuses on intellectual humility and its interplay with artificial intelligence and human interaction within organisational settings. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics and a Master's in Computer and Information Science, Leyi brings multidisciplinary perspectives in data science and management research to her studies. Before joining INSEAD, Leyi worked as a Research Data Analyst at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and as a Research Associate at Columbia Business School. Her work has enhanced the understanding of ethical decision-making and leadership dynamics in AI-enhanced environments
